Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads

• I do not ship international (U.S. Only).
• Shipping charges may change as prices increase/decrease. I try my best to keep up with price changes. 
• If you desire expressed delivery, please contact me prior to purchase.  
• As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your precious item is on its way.

I will not be held responsible for lost items in the mail. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking that your item has shipped.  Please contact your local post office for further action i.e. filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. 

Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and I will not replace at my expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you have not received your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.
